Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WebEasys (the “Service”), operated by WebEasys (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

WebEasys lets you generate, edit, publish, and host websites using AI. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Sites you create are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans, credits, and billing

• Paid plans are billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Generating or editing a site consumes credits. Credits are consumed when work is performed and are not redeemable for cash.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change on renewal with reasonable notice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and websites you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, back up, and operate the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break the law or to create phishing, malware, fraudulent, or other harmful sites. See our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove any account or site that violates it, and may report abuse to relevant authorities.

6. AI-generated output

Website content is generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you publish. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebEasys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required to protect the Service or others.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
