This Privacy Policy explains what information WebEasys (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using WebEasys you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication details.
• Content: the prompts you submit and the websites you generate, edit, and publish.
• Billing data: subscription and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: basic logs and metrics needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To generate websites from your prompts using AI.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security issues.
• To communicate with you about your account and the Service.

3. Service providers

We share data with the providers that power the Service, only as needed to run it: hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel), AI generation (Anthropic), and payments (our checkout provider). Each processes data under its own terms. Prompts and site content are sent to the AI provider to generate your sites.

4. Published sites

Websites you publish are public by design and accessible to anyone with the link. Do not put information in a published site that you do not want to be public.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or comply with law. You can delete your account, which removes your sites and associated data, subject to reasonable backup retention.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, contact us at support@webeasys.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep your login credentials confidential.
