No approval chain, no quarterly planning cycle, no committee. Whatever gets built goes live when it's ready.
You'd talk to actual users
Not through a product manager or a research team. The people using WebEasys are reachable, and their feedback goes straight into what gets built next.
Wherever you are is fine
WebEasys is built for businesses anywhere, by someone who knows what it's like to work far from where you started. Location was never going to be the filter.
Who we'd like to hear from
No formal requirements, because there's no formal role. But if any of these sound like you, the message is worth sending:
- —You build things end to end and would rather ship something imperfect this week than something perfect next quarter.
- —You've worked with small businesses and understand why “just use a website builder” isn't the answer people think it is.
- —You care about the parts most people skip — proper Arabic and right-to-left support, accessibility, sites that load fast on a cheap phone and a bad connection.
- —You're not looking for a safe job. There isn't one here yet — that's the point.
