People decide where to eat on a phone, usually minutes after getting hungry. What they want is the menu, the hours and the address, and a surprising number of restaurant websites bury all three. This template gives you a complete single-page restaurant site built around those three answers, with room for the story that makes someone choose you over the place next door.

Menu, hours, address — the three things diners look for

Everything sits on one page, in the order a hungry visitor reads it. A hero with the restaurant's name and a line on what you cook. Then menu highlights, with dish names, short descriptions and prices — not necessarily the whole menu, but the dishes you want people coming in for.

Below that, an Our Story section, your hours and location, and a contact section set up for table and event enquiries. None of it is fixed: sections can be added, reordered or removed afterwards by describing the change in plain language.

Suits single-location restaurants and cafés

Neighbourhood restaurants, cafés and coffee shops, family-run places that have never had a site at all, and anyone whose current website is a PDF menu from four years ago. The cuisine does not matter — the example is modern Italian, but you edit that description before anything is generated.

It suits one location best. A group with several branches can list each address and set of hours on the same page, which works, but it reads long by the third one.

What happens when someone wants a table

The contact form works the moment you publish. Enquiries land in your Leads inbox inside WebEasys — no form service to sign up for — filtered for bots before they reach you. Lead capture is on every published site, including free ones.

A WhatsApp button is free on every plan, and for restaurants it is usually what gets used instead of the form. It opens a chat with the first message already written.

What the page does not do is take bookings. There is no reservation system, no table availability and no calendar: the form captures a request that a person reads and replies to. If you already use a booking service, keep it and link to it — the form handles everything else.

Free sites publish on a webeasys.app address with a small "Made with WebEasys" badge. Your own domain and badge removal are on the paid plans.

Put your real menu and prices in first

Real dishes and real prices, before anything else. An invented menu is worse than no menu, and price is the single most-checked detail on a restaurant page. Then hours and address, because that is what most visitors actually came for.

Then the photos. The site launches with stock photography, and any image that fails to load is detected and replaced with a styled block rather than left broken. One photograph of your own food will outperform stock immediately, and you can upload up to five real photos in a single edit.

Each change is an instruction in your own words — "change the hours to noon until 11pm, closed Mondays" — and each costs one credit, the same as generating the site did.

Common questions

Can diners book a table through the site?
Not directly. There is no reservation system or availability calendar. The contact form captures a table enquiry into your Leads inbox and the WhatsApp button lets someone ask straight away, both of which a person answers. If you already use a booking service, link to it from the page.
Do I have to use the Bella Vista example?
No. It starts from an example restaurant so the page arrives full of real copy rather than placeholder text. Edit the description before generating and put your own name, city and cuisine in — that beats generating the example and renaming everything afterwards.
Can I put my entire menu on the page?
You can, but consider whether you should. The site is a single page, so a sixty-dish menu makes a very long scroll on a phone. Most restaurants do better leading with ten or twelve highlights and mentioning that the full menu is available in-house.
How much does it cost to try?
Nothing. Signing up gives you five credits with no card, and one credit generates a complete site, so you can build the restaurant and still have credits left to refine it.
