Buyers look at the property; sellers look at the agent. A site that only does the first half wins you viewings on other people's listings and no instructions of your own. This template gives you a complete single-page agency site that puts listings, areas covered and the person behind them on one page, with a lead form that works for both sides of the market.
Listings, areas and the agent behind them
Everything sits on one page. A hero with the agency name and the patch you cover, then a featured listings section — property cards with an address, a price and the key details, laid out as a grid.
Below that, an agent or About section, the areas you actually work, and a contact section built to capture both buyer and seller enquiries. Sections can be added, reordered or removed afterwards by describing the change in plain language.
Independent agents and small agencies
Independent estate agents, small agencies, letting agents, and brokers who currently rely entirely on a portal listing and a phone number. It also suits an agent who wants somewhere to send a valuation enquiry that is theirs rather than the portal's.
It fits a handful of featured properties rather than a full stock list. If you carry hundreds of live listings, this is the page that wins the instruction, not the one that replaces your portal feed.
Capturing buyer and seller enquiries
The contact form works the moment you publish and enquiries land in your Leads inbox inside WebEasys, bot-filtered, on every plan including free ones. For an agent that inbox is the point of the whole exercise: a valuation enquiry is worth considerably more than a page view.
The WhatsApp button is free on every plan when a number is set, and it suits this trade — most property conversations start with a quick question about whether something is still available.
One thing to be clear on: there is no portal or MLS feed. Listings are content you put on the page and edit, not a synchronised data source, so a property that sells stays there until you change it.
Free sites publish on a webeasys.app address with a small "Made with WebEasys" badge. Your own domain and badge removal are on the paid plans.
Listings date fastest — change them first
Replace the example properties with real ones, and put a real price on each. Nothing costs credibility faster than a featured listing a local visitor knows sold last spring.
Then the areas you cover and your own bio, because the seller reading this page is deciding about you, not about a house. Then the photographs — the site launches with stock imagery, and any image that fails to load is detected and replaced with a styled block rather than left broken, but property photography is the one thing buyers genuinely study. You can upload up to five real photos in a single edit.
Each change is an instruction in your own words — "replace the third listing with 14 Elm Road, offers over 340,000" — and each costs one credit, the same as generating the site did.
Common questions
- Does it connect to a property portal or MLS feed?
- No. Listings are content on the page rather than a synchronised feed, so there is no automatic import and nothing updates itself. A sold property stays on the page until you ask for it to be changed, which costs one credit like any other edit.
- Can I have separate pages for each property?
- No — generated sites are a single page. Listings appear as cards in one section. For a small number of featured properties that works well; for a large live stock list, most agents keep the portal and use this page to win instructions.
- Do I have to use the Horizon Realty example?
- No. It starts from an example so the page arrives full of real copy rather than placeholder text. Edit the description first with your own agency name, area and the kind of property you handle.
- How much does it cost to try?
- Nothing. Signing up gives you five credits with no card, and one credit generates a complete site, so you can build the agency page and still have credits left to swap the listings.
