Free to start · No credit card needed
A photographer's website is judged on the photographs and nothing else. Every word on it is there to answer the questions that come after someone has already decided they like the work: what you shoot, what it costs, and how to reach you. This template gives you a complete single-page studio site in that order.
A gallery-forward page, built around the work
Everything sits on one page, with a bold visual hero that gives one image the space it deserves. Below it, a portfolio section grouped by category — weddings, portraits, events, or whatever you actually shoot.
Then packages and pricing, and a contact section for booking enquiries. Sections can be added, reordered or removed afterwards by describing the change in plain language.
Studios, wedding and portrait photographers
Wedding and portrait photographers, event and commercial shooters, and studios with a small team. The example is a general studio, but a photographer working in one niche usually does better narrowing the categories to that niche alone.
It also suits videographers and anyone else selling visual work, where the portfolio is the argument and the copy exists to close it.
How a booking enquiry reaches you
The contact form works the moment you publish, and enquiries land in your Leads inbox inside WebEasys, filtered for bots, on every plan including free ones. For wedding work in particular, the date is usually the first thing in the message.
A WhatsApp button is free on every plan when a number is set — useful for the quick "are you free in June" questions that otherwise never get sent at all.
There is no booking calendar, no deposit taking and no client proofing gallery. The page shows work and captures an enquiry; contracts, deposits and delivery stay in whatever you already use.
Free sites publish on a webeasys.app address with a small "Made with WebEasys" badge. Your own domain and badge removal are on the paid plans, and for a photographer the domain tends to matter sooner than for most trades.
Your photographs replace the stock immediately
This is the one template where the images are not a later step. The site launches with stock photography, and any image that fails to load is detected and replaced with a styled block rather than left broken — but a photographer's site showing stock photographs undermines the entire proposition. Upload your own, up to five in a single edit, and say which section each belongs to.
Then the packages. Real prices, or an honest starting-from figure — the most common reason a photography enquiry never gets sent is that the visitor could not tell whether you were in their budget.
Then the categories, narrowed to what you actually want to be booked for. Each change is an instruction in your own words, and each costs one credit, the same as generating the site did.
Common questions
- Can clients book a shoot or pay a deposit?
- No. There is no booking calendar or payment collection. The contact form captures an enquiry — usually with a date in it — into your Leads inbox, and you take the booking and the deposit however you do now.
- How many of my own photographs can I upload?
- Up to five in a single edit, and you can do that as many times as you like — each edit costs one credit. They are stored and embedded by URL, so they stay put rather than depending on some other site keeping a file online.
- Is there a client gallery for delivering finished photos?
- No. This is a public portfolio and enquiry page, not a proofing or delivery system. Photographers generally keep whatever gallery service they already use and link to it, or send client galleries privately as before.
- How much does it cost to try?
- Nothing. Signing up gives you five credits with no card, and one credit generates a complete site, so you can build the studio page and still have credits left to put your own images in.
