A clinic website has one job before any other: make a nervous person feel they are in competent hands. That comes from clarity — what you treat, who does the treating, and how to get an appointment — not from stock photographs of smiling strangers. This template gives you a complete single-page clinic site built around those three answers.
Services, team and reassurance on one page
Everything sits on one page. A hero with the practice name and what you do, then a services section covering the treatments you offer — checkups, cleanings, cosmetic work, whatever applies — written so a patient can tell whether you handle their problem.
Below that, a meet-the-team section with the practitioners, an FAQ or insurance note for the questions that otherwise arrive by phone, and a contact section for appointment requests. Sections can be added, reordered or removed afterwards in plain language.
Dental and medical practices it fits
Dental surgeries, general practices, physiotherapy and chiropractic clinics, opticians, and specialist consultants with a single room. The example is a dental clinic, but the structure — services, practitioners, reassurance, contact — is the same for most healthcare.
It suits a practice with one location and a handful of practitioners. Larger groups can list several sites on the page, though it reads long past two or three.
How a patient requests an appointment
The contact form works the moment you publish, and requests land in your Leads inbox inside WebEasys, filtered for bots. That is on every plan, including free ones.
The WhatsApp button is free on every plan as well, when a number is set. For clinics it is often the fastest route for someone who wants to ask a quick question before committing.
Be clear with yourself about what this is: an appointment request, not a booking. There is no calendar, no availability and no scheduling of any kind. Somebody reads the request and replies. It is also an ordinary web contact form, so it is worth saying on the page that patients should not send medical details through it — a name, a phone number and "I would like an appointment" is what it is for.
Free sites publish on a webeasys.app address with a small "Made with WebEasys" badge. Your own domain and badge removal are on the paid plans.
Start with your services and your team
Services first, in the words patients use rather than clinical terms. Someone searching has a symptom, not a procedure name, and the section is what tells them they are in the right place.
Then the team. Real names, real qualifications, real photographs. The site launches with stock photography, and any image that fails to load is detected and replaced with a styled block rather than left broken — but a stock portrait undercuts exactly the trust this page exists to build. You can upload up to five real photos in a single edit.
Then hours, address and the insurance or payment note. Each change is an instruction in your own words, and each costs one credit, the same as generating the site did.
Common questions
- Can patients book an appointment slot online?
- No. There is no scheduling system or calendar. The form captures an appointment request into your Leads inbox and someone at the practice replies to arrange the time. If you already run practice-management software with online booking, link to it from the page.
- Is the contact form suitable for medical information?
- Treat it as an ordinary web enquiry form, not a secure patient channel. It is designed to capture a name, contact details and a short message so you can call the person back. Say so on the page and ask patients to keep clinical details for the consultation.
- Do I have to use the Brightside Dental example?
- No. It starts from an example so the page arrives full of real copy rather than placeholder text. Edit the description first with your own practice name, location and the treatments you actually offer.
- How much does it cost to try?
- Nothing. Signing up gives you five credits with no card, and one credit generates a complete site, so you can build the clinic page and still have credits left to refine the services list.
