Consulting sites tend to fail the same way: paragraphs about partnership and excellence, and nothing a prospective client can evaluate. What wins work is specificity — what you do, who for, and what changed as a result. This template gives you a complete single-page consultancy site organised around that, with a lead form at the end of it.

Results first, services second

Everything sits on one page, opening with a hero built around outcomes rather than adjectives. Then a services section covering what you are actually engaged to do.

Below that, a results or case-studies section with example outcomes, a client and trust section, and a lead-generation contact section. Sections can be added, reordered or removed afterwards by describing the change in plain language.

Consultants, agencies and B2B services

Management and strategy consultants, marketing and creative agencies, accountants and bookkeepers, IT and software consultancies, recruiters, and independent specialists who sell expertise by the engagement.

It suits both a solo consultant and a small firm. The difference is mostly in the trust section: one person leans on named results, a firm leans on the roster behind them.

How a lead reaches you

The contact form works the moment you publish, with submissions landing in your Leads inbox inside WebEasys, bot-filtered, on every plan including free ones. For B2B that inbox matters more than the page views do — a handful of qualified enquiries is the whole return.

A WhatsApp button is free on every plan when a number is set, though whether it belongs on a B2B page is a judgement call. It suits consultants working in markets where business genuinely runs on WhatsApp, and looks out of place in ones where it does not.

There is no proposal builder, CRM or scheduling here. The page makes the argument and captures the enquiry; the pipeline stays wherever you keep it.

Free sites publish on a webeasys.app address with a small "Made with WebEasys" badge. Your own domain and badge removal are on the paid plans — and on a page whose entire job is credibility, the domain earns its keep.

The example outcomes must go first

The results section, before anything else, and this one carries a warning. It generates example outcomes to show the shape of the section — figures that are illustrative and not yours. Leaving an invented percentage on a consulting page is not a cosmetic problem; it is a claim about work you did not do.

Replace them with real engagements, described as specifically as your confidentiality allows. "Cut a manufacturer's order-processing time by a third" beats any round number you did not earn. The same applies to the client and trust section: real names only, and only with permission.

Then the services, narrowed to what you want to be hired for. Each change is an instruction in your own words, and each costs one credit, the same as generating the site did.

Common questions

Are the example case studies real?
No, and they must not stay. The results section is generated to show the shape of the page, with illustrative figures. Replace every one with real engagements before you publish — an invented statistic on a consulting site is a false claim about your own record.
Can I show client logos?
There is a trust section for it, but only use logos you have permission to use. Where a client will not be named, most consultants describe the sector and size instead — "a mid-size logistics firm" carries almost the same weight and creates no problem.
Does it integrate with a CRM or scheduling tool?
No. Enquiries arrive in your Leads inbox inside WebEasys and you work them wherever you work them. There is no CRM sync, no proposal generation and no calendar booking on generated sites.
How much does it cost to try?
Nothing. Signing up gives you five credits with no card, and one credit generates a complete site, so you can build the consultancy page and still have credits left to replace the example results.
